Salon & Spa Policies
We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancelation notice. Cancelations of less than 24 hours will be charge a 50% fee of the requested service.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment. This will allow you time to check-in and prepare for your service. If you are delayed for your appointment be aware that your service will be completed by its intended time; you may also be subject to penalty fees and/or we reserve the right to re-schedule your service. We are not responsible for inclement weather, traffic delays, or wrong directions ;D
We are unable to accommodate children during your services. We kindly remind you that children under 12 should have adult supervision. Guest receiving massage or body treatments under 18 yrs. Must be accompany by an adult.
Services received cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
Inappropriate behavior and intoxication will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate the service and to charge the client for full scheduled service.
